PROTEINS

Protein is an essential nutrient for the human body and the building blocks of lean muscle. Proteins are made up of amino acids which are broken down and absorbed during digestion.

FATS

Fats are primarily used for energy. Two essential fats required for human health are omega 3 & 6. Unsaturated Fats (the Omegas) are referred to as healthy fates whereas Saturated fat is 'bad' and associated with cholesterol.
