MACRO-NUTRIENTS

There are 3 types of Macro's (Proteins|Fats|Carbs) that provide building blocks for bodily function and energy.

PROTEINS

Protein are made up of amino acids which are the essential building blocks for the bodily functions and muscle growth.

— ALL 7 ESSENTIAL AMINOS ✅

Rice Protein - Contains all 7 of the essential amino acid proteins required to live, supporting muscle growth and recovery.

Unlike soy or whey proteins, which can trigger allergies and intolerances, rice protein is gentle on your digestive system, 100% natural, vegan and hypoallergenic, meaning everyone can enjoy its benefits.

FATS

Fats are either good (unsaturated fats - healthy Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids) or bad (trans-fats and saturated fats - cholesterol and heart risk).

— All KEY OMEGAS (3|6|9) ✅

Canola Oil

In its raw powdered form, Canola delivers a rare balance of all three Omegas—especially Omega-3 for anti-inflammatory properties and Omega-9 for supporting heart health.

  • Over 90% healthy unsaturated fats

  • Virtually Zero trans fats

  • Zero cholesterol

CARBS

Carbs are typically our body's main source of fuel necessary for healthy cellular function & blood sugar.

— FAST & LONG ENERGY ✅

Beet Sugar | Isomaltulose Exceptionally low-GI of (32). Unlike normal sugar, Isomaltulose delivers a slow energy release without spikes AND is non-cariogenic, meaning it does not contribute to tooth decay as other sugars do.

Casava Plant | Tapioca Dextrin

Fast-digesting carb for quick energy, complementing Isomaltulose’s sustained release to deliver balanced energy. Also, key, Tapioca is NOT a sugar so the energy comes without the blood sugar spikes of other high-GI foods.

FATS | A CLOSER LOOK...

WHY CANOLA OIL?

Put simply, because it has a great balance of Omegas (see graph) and tastes great.

QUICK FACTS

❤️ Over 90% unsaturated fat

🐟 High in Omega-3 (a reason people like fish oil)

🫒 High in Omega-9 (a reason people like olive oil)

🚫 Virtually Zero trans fats (less than 0.5%)

🚫 Zero cholesterol

CANOLA HAS BALANCED OMEGAS

Canola's 2:1 Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio and high level of Omega-9 is superior to most vegetable oils* and far exceeds typical Western diets (up to 20:1), making it ideal for daily consumption.

Why does this matter? What about Inflammation?

While many seed oils (not canola) are high in Omega-6 and criticised online for inflammation, recent studies are now pointing the finger at the ultra-processed foods rather then the high omega-6 they contain - regardless, evidence shows no inflammation when consumed in balanced amounts – which is why Canola's balanced 2:1 ratio is praised.

→ the experts linked below stress boosting Omega-3 sources like canola oil rather than cutting Omega-6.

*except flaxseed – however flaxseed has low Omega-9 and can leave a lingering aftertaste flavour which is off-putting to many people.

CARBS | A CLOSER LOOK...

ENERGY RELEASE

Put simply; your body needs fuel for both quick and sustained energy.

SUSTAINED ENEGRY | LOW GI 32

Isomaltulose (a sugar from Beets) with an exceptionally low GI of 32 (equivalent to lentils) keeps your energy steady and your body feeling fuelled for 3-5 hours.

QUICK ENERGY | NON-SUGAR

Tapioca Dextrin (from the Casava plant) gives you immediate energy without the negative effects of sugar spiking normally associated with High-GI sugars, because it's not a sugar.

Ketosis | * burns fat, not carbs

Keto-Twnty5 uses fats as the primary fuel source, but ketosis can be hard to keep up.
