Protein are made up of amino acids, essential building blocks for the body for building muscle & other functions.

Sustained Carb | Isomaltulose with low GI (32).

A beet sugar with an equivalent GI to lentils. Isomaltulose keeps your energy steady and feel fuelled for 3-5 hours.

Quick Carb | Mixed with Tapioca Dextrin.

Made from Casava, this gives you immediate energy without the negative effects of sugar spiking normally associated with High-GI sugars. Tapioca Dextrin is superior to the a carb with zero blood sugar spike because it's not a sugar.

Ketosis | * burns fat, not carbs

Keto-Twnty5 uses fats as the primary fuel source, but ketosis can be hard to keep up.
